As a part of the pilot upgrading training program, which transitions individuals from Second in Command to Pilot in Command, he has proven his flying skills through a staggering 1,600 flight hours. Considering his extensive experience and expertise, he has fulfilled all eligibility and qualification criteria needed to participate in the captaincy or upgrade training program. However, as the air chartered prioritizes safety above all, they also expect their newly upgraded pilots to complete the next necessary phase: Line Indoctrination training.
